Part of a new expressionist line of work inspired by the people living on the streets of New York. Their postures often capture my attention, bodies folded, bent, suspended between exhaustion and survival. Many of these gestures are shaped by the fentanyl crisis that has become so visible in the city’s daily landscape.

This painting is both an observation and a quiet denunciation. A fragile figure, thin, almost skeletal, carries the invisible weight of the street,  a posture that tells a story of vulnerability, neglect, and the silent realities unfolding in plain sight.
