The evening begins with two courses inspired by Spanish roots, paired with the freshness of Txakoli, before moving into a bold fusion main course served alongside a Rioja. The experience concludes with a two-part dessert inspired by the warmth and heritage of Andalucía. And like always, a vegetarian menu will be available
This edition unfolds through four courses rooted in Spanish tradition with subtle global influences, paired with carefully selected wines.

De La Mancha à Paris
A private, intimate tasting in a Parisian art studio, showcasing a curated selection of wines and an avant-garde vermouth from Finca La Gallega in the heart of La Mancha. We offered guests a limited-edition sensory experience where fine wine, storytelling, and contemporary art came together in a unique and immersive setting.
BOURGOGNE
A limited-capacity wine experience in Paris focused on Burgundy, where we curated and presented four selected wines to guide guests through the key characteristics that define the region. With all wines decanted and each bottle revealed after each tasting, the event offered an engaging and educational journey that left guests delighted and with a deeper understanding of how to recognize a true Burgundy.
White Riojas in hell's Kitchen
An afterwork experience hosted in our New York art studio, combining an intimate exhibition with a curated tasting of white wines from Rioja, with a special focus on Tempranillo Blanco. We opened the doors of our Hell’s Kitchen studio in Manhattan to a select corporate group, creating a tailored and immersive afterwork event that brought together wine, contemporary art, and refined hospitality.
